At work and can’t meet a sub-contractor or serviceman? I can cover for you.
E-mail or phone calls are made a minimum of once per month. Phone calls are made in case of an urgent matter.
Basic and customized services are provided to fit the needs of each of my customers. I hope you will entrust me to watch your home.
Rates:
Monthly: $40
Weekly: $12
Daily: $8
Weekly Services
• Check all windows and door locks
• Check for broken windows
• Check heat / A/C settings and power
• Check refrigerator / hot water heater settings
• Water plants
• Bring in mail / newspapers
Monthly Services
• Walk-throughs done weekly
• Water tap and commode flushes
• Start stored vehicles
Additional Services
Bi-monthly First Class mail forwarding / pick-up
• $5 per mailing, plus postage
• Excludes obvious junk mail
• Magazines will be left in home
Open residence for deliveries, maintenance / contractor work, house cleaning, etc. – $15 per occurrence – $20 if double trip is required for single service
• Grocery shopping prior to your arrival – $20 plus items purchased
• 50¢ per mile charge for homes located outside of a 5 mile radius of Defiance, Ohio.
